Real Job Solutions was founded from lived experience and a genuine desire to create positive change. Our Director has a unique background and personal journey that shaped the vision behind the company. Having experienced first-hand the barriers many people face when rebuilding their lives, he recognised a gap in the employment market for individuals who are often overlooked. Real Job Solutions was created to support both Returning Citizens and Non-Returning Citizens, including those experiencing homelessness, back into sustainable employment. Our goal is not simply to help people find jobs, but to help them build long-term careers and brighter futures.

We understand that a lack of stable income and opportunity can contribute to social and economic challenges. By connecting individuals with meaningful employment opportunities, we help create pathways to independence, stability, and personal growth. During 12 years of imprisonment, our Director gained numerous qualifications and developed a strong belief in the power of education and personal development. However, he also witnessed many talented individuals who felt that gaining qualifications was pointless because they believed their criminal records would prevent them from securing employment. Determined to challenge this perception, he took action. While still in prison, he contacted Chevron Traffic Management and was given the opportunity to meet with the Managing Director.

During an open and honest conversation about his past, skills, and aspirations, he was offered a role in Business Development. That opportunity changed the course of his life and proved that people should be defined by their potential, not their past. Today, Real Job Solutions exists to create similar opportunities for others. We are committed to changing lives, supporting businesses with dedicated talent, and helping individuals build successful careers through second chances and meaningful employment.
